Our online catalogs here at the site are in higher resolution .JPG format and will print out on your color printer with decent quality. It's free and immediate!

E-MAIL WEBSITE CATALOGS (price lists are available upon request)

We can e-mail you a .PDF file of the entire website which you can use to burn a CD or print pages. (This is only a highspeed download option for either cable or DSL service, not dialup.)

CD-ROM CATALOG DISC (includes printed price list)

We can mail you the entire website catalog on CD-ROM disc. This option is good if you don't have Internet service on your office computer or wish to view the catalogs on your laptop computer without accessing the Internet.

We charge $10.99 Canadian or $9.99 USD on your credit card and give you a $5.00 merchandise credit on your account with us.

PRINT CATALOGS (includes printed price list)

Due to the size (over 100 pages) and costs of color printing, for complete print catalogs we have to charge a nominal fee. Requests for individual print catalogs less than 12 pages are free of charge.

Catalog costs are refunded to you with your first order as an account credit with us.

FOR NOVICE USERS, HERE ARE MORE DETAILED COPY-AND-PASTE INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Position your mouse cursor on the same line but to the left of the word "NAME" in "NAME OF ACCOUNT".
2. Hold down the left mouse button until instructed to release it.
3. While still holding down the left mouse button, move the mouse down and to the right until all the information is highlighted.
4. Release the left mouse button. Your text should remain highlighted.
5. Click and release your right mouse button exactly once -- do not hold the button down. A small menu should appear below where you clicked. Again, make sure all the information is still highlighted - if it is not highlighted anymore, you will need to start again at the beginning of these instructions and make sure you are not clicking or moving your mouse at the wrong time.
6. Without clicking or holding either of the buttons, move your mouse cursor over the items in the menu that has just popped up. As your cursor hovers over each option, you should see that it gets highlighted. If the menu disappears at any time, you can have it open up again by simply clicking and releasing your right mouse button once again.
7. When the "Copy" option in the menu is highlighted, click and release the left mouse button once. Your text has now been copied. The next steps will explain how to paste it to an e-mail.
8. Open your e-mail program. In the "To" field, type in our address, silverwolf@shaw.ca, and please be sure to include a descriptive subject line, such as "catalog request". OR, if you don't want to do this step, clicking here should open your e-mail program automatically, with the correct e-mail address and a subject of "catalog request" already there. If this does not work, you will need to open your e-mail program and type in silverwolf@shaw.ca and the e-mail's subject manually.
9. Click in the area where you normally draft your e-mail. Your cursor will probably start blinking, ready for you to start typing. Instead of typing, click and release your right mouse button so that a small menu appears.
10. Select the item "Paste" in the same fashion as you selected "Copy" earlier.
11. You should see everything from "NAME OF ACCOUNT" down to "Regular print catalog (no binder)" appear in your e-mail, though it may be formatted differently. Now you will have a guideline when writing in your own information. Make sure you not only specify your account and company information, but also which version or versions of the catalog you would like.
